- Discussion of the documentation for the relevant stage of the procedure with the authorities concerned.
- Procurement of all necessary opinions and statements for the permission of the building plan
- Assessment of the completeness of the documents supporting applications for the relevant permits
- Submission of an application for the issuance of relevant building authority permits
- Drafting of a public law contract replacing the relevant permit
- Ensuring the opinions of the concerned authorities on the use of the building
- Submission of an application for the occupancy permit, or a decision on test operation
